For years, I carried the weight of limiting beliefs about my own worth and capability. It wasn't until I discovered the extraordinary power of the mind — through meditation, NLP, and deep inner work — that I understood: the most important transformation happens beneath the surface, in the body and nervous system, not just the mind.
